An artist is constantly making sense of himself and his surroundings. He uses his senses to gather informations and interpret them. Once in the studio, experiences come back in the light of half-remembered events, of mental, emotional and sensory constructions. Art reveals how every experience may be profoundly meaningful. Art is also sharing emotions and creating a dialogue with the viewer, there is not one answer, but a myriad of answers.

“Three Women No Frontiers” – Noosa Regional Gallery
Live music with Mzaza
The installation was created to celebrate ten years of successful painting with more than 25 solo and 60 group exhibitions in Australia and overseas. .
Praising the life-affirming experience of multi-cultural exposure and their mutual quest to abolish frontiers, three independent but connected artists present their perceptions of their shared world.
Through painting, photography, music and moving image the exhibition reveals how one woman became two and then three in the artistic world. The exhibition has been timely planned to coincide as a celebratory culminating event with International Women ‘s Day centenary year global celebrations.

I spend a lot of time observing to absorb some details that I will use as a starting point for an abstraction. I love experimenting and am always looking for new techniques.

The 50 pages Retrospective Catalogue documents 10 years of paintings of the artist and her works journey around the world.
